This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with basic amenities provided in the rooms such as air conditioning and a small safe. The staff are friendly and the service is top-notch. The location is unbeatable, right at the start of the pedestrian area in the city centre, on a very busy square. You'll be just a stone's throw away from all the action!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Crete. The location was superb, just a short walk to the old harbor and right in the heart of the city center. We were also pleased that it was conveniently located next to the bus station, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We even had a beautiful view of the Venetian harbor from our balcony.

Hotel offered free parking and had a decent breakfast. Location was near the buzzing restaurants and port and bus station. Enjoyed the newly renovated room and especially appreciated the soundproof windows.

Improvements can be made on amenities such as adding hooks for jackets and full-size mirrors. Shower pressure was inadequate, and there was no shampoo/conditioner holder.

I really got my money's worth at Arkadi Hotel. The room was fantastic - clean, spacious, and fully equipped. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Venetian harbor and Old Town. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Die Pousada ist rund um die Uhr bewacht, sodass wir uns immer sicher gefühlt haben.
