The rooms at Grand Hyatt were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom amenities provided were of high quality, leaving me feeling pampered. The pool area was very pretty, although it could have been more organized. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, making for a hassle-free stay. The connectivity options in the room, such as USB ports and smartphone compatibility with the TV, were convenient and modern.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the slight view of the Acropolis not matching the description and the unappealing street the hotel is located on, overall I would recommend Grand Hyatt for its clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and excellent amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the tram line that takes you to the beaches, making it easy to explore and enjoy the coastline. the upstairs restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere with only 2 tables in use, making it a perfect spot to relax and have a drink before dinner. The hotel is also situated in a walkable area, allowing guests to easily explore nearby attractions.

There was one negative aspect - some guests mentioned that the lift service at the hotel was slow and often led to long waiting times.

The hotel also provides a shuttle service that takes you straight into the city center.

We stayed for two nights at Grand Hyatt. Our Deluxe King Room with Acropolis view was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a stunning view. The rooftop pool bar offered a great city and Acropolis view and was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a drink. The restaurant on the rooftop served delicious cuisine. The hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the old town by taxi. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was fabulous, complete with a lovely balcony view. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the beds were really comfortable. The showers were excellent, providing powerful water that left my skin and hair feeling great. The food at the top floor restaurant was out of this world, especially the Greek Salad. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the city center either by a half-hour walk or a convenient free shuttle.

As longer-term business travelers, we absolutely loved the spa area with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, and other amenities. The gym was also well-equipped and a great bonus. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to access the attractions and areas of interest in the city. We were particularly impressed with the outdoor swimming pool, which offered breathtaking views of the Akropolis. The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Additionally, we appreciated that they were willing to change our room upon request, providing us with a quieter space away from the main road. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and excellent facilities. The air-conditioning worked perfectly even on a hot day, keeping us cool and comfortable. The inclusion of a Samsung Smart TV in the room was a nice touch, adding to our overall satisfaction. In terms of value for money, this hotel has been one of the best we've experienced in Athens.

The hotel has a nice location, close to the center of the city and to the Acropolis areas, making it easy to walk around. The prices for the breakfast are quite expensive, but it is possible to find cheaper options in nearby restaurants or bars. The room and marble bathroom were luxurious and comfortable, providing a great view of the center garden and pool. Additionally, the rooftop pool area was amazing with comfortable lounge chairs and a cool water level.

The staff should improve their friendliness, especially the pool area staff who can be a bit strict and annoyed when guests come up to use the pool, which unfortunately closes too early at 19:00.

We were thrilled with our stay here! This place is really amazing, with its location in an amazing area that's perfect for exploring around the city center. We loved the service, especially the room service, car hire and housekeeping, which were all top-notch. The room itself was spotless, with plenty of amenities including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a mini-bar. We enjoyed the terrace and soundproofed rooms, which made for a great night's sleep. The poolside snack bar and buffet breakfast were also highlights, and we appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival.
