Brand new and modern hotel with a nicer interior than many others in the area. Great location, around a 10-minute walk from the old town and only a 6-minute walk to the beach. Room cleaned daily by a lovely and polite staff member. Georgia at reception went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing recommendations and even delivering fruit and desserts to our room. Comfortable bed and lovely pillows. Fantastic air conditioner, perfect for resting during hot afternoons. Convenient location, with the Venetian Harbor just a 12-minute walk away. In-room coffee maker and water kettle provided. Large modern walk-in shower in the room. Extremely friendly staff who offered suggestions for activities. Convenient and free private on-site parking available. Hotel appears practically brand new, super clean, and convenient. Good sound insulation in the rooms. Located in a nice and quiet area, away from overly touristy spots. Easy access to everything needed, with the old town within a short walk.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail and modernity of the rooms, including the brand new furniture and the sleek, modern bathrooms, were simply outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money we received, as the prices were very reasonable for such a high-quality stay. The location of the hotel was another plus, being within walking distance of the city center but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to guarantee a peaceful night's sleep. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, offering tips and suggestions for our stay. The added bonus of having a tablet in the room, along with the fast and reliable WiFi, was a nice touch. We also appreciated the presence of balconies in the rooms, which provided a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The rooms were clean, spacious and modern, which made our stay comfortable. the location was close to the city center and the beach, making it convenient to explore the area on foot. We also enjoyed the complimentary bicycle use to move around the city.

Our experience during Christmas was less than ideal. the staff seemed uninterested in ensuring our stay was enjoyable, as they were not friendly nor accommodating to our requests.

Breakfast was so amazing that I had to unbutton my pants. Free bikes helped me burn all those extra calories. The staff were like my personal servants, fulfilling my every whim.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our New Year stay extra special. They even provided a bottle of wine and a pizza for our late check-in - a perfect start to our visit. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the whirlpool room we switched to, which was perfect for relaxing our tired legs after our hiking tours. the breakfast was amazing as well, with a wide variety of delicious options to start our day off right.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit strange and didn't provide enough fresh air during the night, so we had to open the window for ventilation. the street outside was quite noisy, which made it difficult to open the windows or enjoy the balcony.
