The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a unique design that made them stand out. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help out. We also enjoyed the secluded location, which allowed us to fully relax and unwind during our city break.

Although the staff were friendly, we found the extra charges for transfers and access to certain amenities to be a bit steep. the cleanliness of the common areas could have been improved, and the breakfast buffet was a bit lackluster.

The venue provided unparalleled luxury experience, exceeding my expectations. the staff were exceptional in their service delivery, attentive to every detail, and anticipated my every need. the private facilities were exclusive and met all my desires, including the spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, beach access, and outdoor dining areas, providing a relaxed atmosphere and a perfect environment for rejuvenation. the room advantages were exceptional; the quality of bedding and toiletries were first class. the beauty treatment was top-notch, and the massage left me feeling re-energized.

Although the venue provided an unforgettable experience, there was one minor issue where the pool in my villa was not heated, making it difficult for me to swim. Nonetheless, it did not detract from my overall enjoyment since the beautiful saltwater pool and outdoor swimming pool were heated and available in the hotel facility.
