I loved the location of the hotel, it was close to the beach and all the shops and bars. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and the terrace. The cleanliness of the rooms was fantastic, everything was sparkling clean. The staff were amazing, always eager to help with a smile.

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. From the receptionist Maria, who was so kind and helpful, to the attentive room service staff, everyone made me feel like royalty. The hotel also boasts a spa and wellness center, which was a true haven of relaxation. The outdoor swimming pool is stunning and the sun terrace offers breathtaking views. The hotel also offers a wide variety of dining options, from the restaurant to the poolside snack bar, ensuring that there is something to satisfy every palate.

Located in a peaceful area near the city center, this secluded hotel offers delicious local and international cuisine. The helpful staff, always wearing a smile, go above and beyond to assist with any queries. The spacious rooms are well equipped with daily cleaning service. Guests can enjoy three small swimming pools and a baby playroom. The option to store luggage after checkout allows for full use of facilities until departure.

Had a great Xmas holiday. the food was amazing, with lots of variety and always fresh. the location was perfect, right on the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed. the room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a great shower.

The drinks weren't great, with a limited selection and they seemed to water down the alcohol. the entertainment was a bit hit and miss, with some nights being great and others quite boring.

Very friendly staff, great food options, close to the beach. Pools were clean with good sunbeds. Rooms were simple but clean, exactly what we expected. there are several restaurants close by, 20 minute walk upwards to another small town which has many more very good restaurants.

Elmi Beach Hotel & Suites provided a spacious suite with all the necessary amenities, including a kettle and tea replenished daily. the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always offering assistance with a smile. the hotel's location was ideal - close to the city centre but peaceful, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. the three small pools, including a baby area, provided a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. the hotel also had a baby playroom, colorful and quiet for little ones. the highlight of my stay was the delicious food, featuring both local and continental cuisine.

I recently stayed at Elmi Beach Hotel & Suites for a week-long vacation in Hersonissos. The hotel's location was perfect, right on the beautiful Hersonissos Riviera. The all-inclusive option offered great food, with a variety of options including à la carte choices. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing traditional Cretan hospitality. The hotel is also conveniently situated near many lovely beaches and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, newly refurbished, and impeccably clean. it was a fantastic experience.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
