We absolutely loved staying at Elounda Palm! The sea view room with balcony was stunning, overlooking the beautiful Bay of Elounda. The hotel grounds were well-maintained with manicured gardens and the pool area was spacious and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Eleni at reception. The breakfast buffet had a superb selection of delicious food, and we enjoyed dining outdoors. The location, although a bit outside the town, was quiet and peaceful. a perfect choice for those wanting to be close to the beach.

I highly recommend this hotel for a truly fabulous vacation experience.

Just returned from a fantastic week at this beautiful hotel. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views over the bay. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and we particularly loved our large patio area for lounging in the sun. The hotel grounds are immaculate and offer a perfect place to relax, with a grassed area under palm trees that is just lovely. We also enjoyed the variety of food options, with a delicious buffet menu for breakfast and dinner, and exceptional choices at the lunchtime cafe. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel special and welcome throughout our stay.

The family room we stayed in had only one air conditioning unit in the main bedroom, making it very hot and uncomfortable for our children. However, when we requested a fan, it was promptly provided, which helped to alleviate the issue.

Great location, 5 min drive to village. Spacious modern room with infinity pool and stunning sunrise view. Delicious breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. Also enjoyed professional spa service, a must-visit.
