Despite being in the center, it is located in a small alley, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. The attention to detail in the rooms is impeccable, especially on the first floor with its double doored balcony. The hotel supplies not only coffee but also a cafetière, a small touch that is greatly appreciated for those early morning airport runs. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to provide excellent service, offering concierge service at a level you would expect to pay extra for. It truly feels like a home away from home.

We had an amazing stay at Hanim Boutique. The rooms were beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We loved the peaceful street view from our room's patio. The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street in the center of the old town. The staff was incredibly kind and gave us wonderful recommendations for exploring Chania. The room was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The service was exceptional, with the friendly staff always ready to chat and provide helpful tips. The highlight of my stay was the unique and delicious breakfast prepared with care. The rooftop terrace provided a lovely view where I could enjoy the sun.

We spent a lovely New Year's Eve at this hotel. the breakfast was delicious and served with care. We loved that they used local ingredients. the location was perfect for exploring the historic district and all the charm it has to offer. the friendly and helpful owners made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

The rooms are located on the upper floors of the building, and there is no elevator, so if you have difficulty with stairs, it may not be the best option for you. Another thing that could be improved is that the bathrooms are rather small and a bit basic.
