Food regurgitated, room lacking drinks and fridge not working, basic accommodations. Is the hotel functioning as a hostel for the poor?

I have to say, the value for my money at Brown Hotels was impressive. The room was absolutely fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the sea. The location was spot on, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of.

Menu for breakfast could use a little improvement.

Nothing not to like.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Isla Brown Chania Resort & Spa. The food was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The location was perfect for a relaxing vacation by the pool. The atmosphere was fresh and clean, providing a tranquil environment. The staff at the reception bar were friendly and the service was prompt. Additionally, the availability of bikes made it convenient to explore the local shops and restaurants without needing to rely on taxis. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with their luxurious amenities such as their relaxing Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, offering a beautiful view of the garden area. the buffet breakfast was divine with diverse options to satisfy every taste bud. the private facilities in my room were top-notch, adding to my comfortable stay. the location advantages made it easy for me to explore the surrounding areas.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of entertainment options provided by the hotel. Nonetheless, I found plenty to do in the sun terrace, surrounded by the seasonal outdoor pool and poolside snack bar, enjoying the refreshing drinks offered at the nearby bar/lounge area.

The hotel is situated on a hill next to the sea, offering a wonderful view of the sunset. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The buffet restaurant provides a wide variety of options and the breakfast is satisfactory, with fresh fruit and cereal. The staff is friendly and attentive to guests' needs.

Some areas of the hotel need improvement, such as the quality of the food and the lack of entertainment options.

Definitely one of the best New Year's Eve experiences I've ever had! the festive decor was a highlight, giving the hotel a magical atmosphere. the food was great, with plenty of traditional dishes and desserts on offer. the hotel's location couldn't be better, right by the sea with stunning views. the staff's warmth and hospitality made the stay truly enjoyable, from the reception to housekeeping.

Disappointingly, the drinks were overpriced, even for a hotel. the gym was also quite small, with limited equipment, and could benefit from an upgrade to better match the rest of the hotel's standards.
