During our Christmas stay, we were delighted by the excellent service provided by the hotel. They went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. they emailed us before our arrival to arrange a complimentary transfer from the port. Secondly, we were pleasantly surprised by the free room upgrades. the beautiful seaviews from our room and the entire hotel were a definite highlight.

One aspect that could be improved was the view from our suite balcony. the design of the balcony meant that when sitting, we could only see the wall.

The breakfast had a great selection of delicious food. The hotel also provided a shuttle service which was very convenient, especially when going uphill to the old town at night. The restaurant food for dinner was excellent, and the staff gave us great recommendations for eating out. The room was huge and beautiful, and the hotel's attention to detail, like leaving wine, fruits, and candy. The pool area was gorgeous, and the staff were always attentive. a fantastic stay at a small and personable hotel.
