We had an excellent stay at a great hotel in a wonderful location. the staff at Kriti were incredibly helpful and friendly. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Our room was fantastic, with comfortable beds and a beautiful decor. the hotel's proximity to the seafront, old town, and city center made it very convenient for exploring. we were extremely satisfied with our choice of accommodation and would happily stay there again.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Chania, with a prime location near the harbour but in a quiet area. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds, and we loved having a balcony to relax on. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options including healthy alternatives for those watching their diet.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Chania near the harbour, but still in a quiet area. This allowed for easy access to the Old Town, commercial district, and other attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the island, providing great recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were comfortable with very comfortable beds and a balcony which offered a nice view and added to the overall pleasant experience.

The WiFi at times was frustratingly slow, although it was mostly sufficient for our needs. A signal boost would have greatly improved the experience.

The pool area was lovely, and I enjoyed the simplicity of the breakfast, especially the fresh orange juice. I was very satisfied with my stay at Kriti Hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the helpful staff who were always ready to lend assistance. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the town center, and the breakfast was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice and the cozy pool area.
