We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as everyday we went on a adventure to escape the craziness of the city center when the ships were in, and this place was just a quick walk to the bus stop. The view from here was perfect, with beautiful views of the caldera. The staff were fabulous, meeting us at our drop off point and carrying our heavy luggage to our room. They even welcomed us with drinks once we had checked in. The service here was extremely professional, and the staff were both personable and helpful. They arranged for transfers from the airport and helped us book a sunset sailing adventure in a private sail boat so we could really experience the Aegean and swimming in the Mediterranean without the crowds.

In conclusion, we would highly recommend this hotel to families.
