We stayed at Hotel Metropolitano for a week-long family vacation and it was perfect for all ages. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like friends rather than guests. They went above and beyond to ensure our elderly grandparents were comfortable. The blankets provided were exceptionally cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel offered great value for the price, and despite the slightly sketchy area, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Muchas gracias to all the staff at Metropolitano!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even spoke English, which made communication easier for me. The hotel is located in a great spot, just a few minutes away from the downtown area, so I had easy access to all the attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I was impressed with the clean towels and shampoo provided at check-in. The hotel facilities were also good, with a reliable WiFi connection and everything I needed in my room. I felt comfortable and satisfied with my stay here.

We had an excellent stay at a hotel in zone 1. the staff at Metropolitano were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were among friends. They went out of their way to ensure our elderly grandparents were comfortable. the rooms were in line with the price, equipped with everything we needed and we felt comfortable throughout our time there. the hotel's location made it convenient to find restaurants and shops nearby. the WiFi had a good speed and worked well.

They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel like friends during our stay. the hotel is perfect for both young and old families, as they made every effort to ensure the comfort of our elderly grandparents. the rooms, while not luxurious, were equipped with everything we needed and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. the hotel is conveniently located in Zone 1, within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and banks/ATMs. the WiFi worked well with good speed.
