We had a fantastic time at Tranquilseas. the staff were wonderful, taking care of our every need. the property is beautiful, and we stayed in the tree frog unit with an amazing ocean view. the room, although small, was very comfortable. the hotel staff, including the wait staff and housekeepers, provided exceptional service. We also appreciated the convenient on-site restaurant, which served delicious meals, including plenty of vegetarian options. the dive shop, Deep Sea Divers, was top-notch, with helpful and accommodating staff. it was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a small eco-friendly lodge in Sandy Bay. the location was ideal as it was away from the busy tourist areas but still had easy access to the main attractions on the island. the lodge itself was beautiful, with stunning views and plenty of activities to enjoy. the dive shop on site was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff. I also loved the fact that there was a yoga studio available, as it added a unique and relaxing aspect to my stay.

Our room, Hummingbird, had a stunning ocean view and a lovely patio. The location was perfect, tucked up in the jungle and just steps away from the ocean. The staff treated us like family, with special shout outs to the friendly front desk staff, the fantastic restaurant team, and the professional diving guides.

The cabin, Hummingbird Suite, was secluded with a nice porch. Housekeeping did a great job. The food was consistently good with impeccable service. The pier offered excellent sunset views and good snorkeling. The location was well-situated.

Our anniversary trip to Roatan was mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent recommendations from Eliska. The Hummingbird Suite, set apart from others, provided breathtaking views from the porch. Daily housekeeping by Sayda and Leslie was top-notch. The food served at the covered dining area was consistently delicious, and the service provided by Vanessa, Bryan, and Harry was super! The pool in the lower courtyard with a waterfall was a jaw-dropping feature, and the pier/palapa offered stunning sunset views and incredible snorkeling. The on-site dive company, SeaDivers Roatan, led by Amanda, Samuel, and particularly George. The manager, Jordan, kept everything running smoothly. We felt secure with the diligent security guard. The location allowed us to easily explore the island, whether on foot or with a rental car from Ramirez Rentals. The inclusion of breakfast was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Transportation to and from the airport, as well as arranging a PCR test, was handled by Jordan without any extra charge. Siadi, the housekeeper, decorated my room for my birthday and always had a smile. Vanessa even provided fresh coconut water for my smoothies! Harry and the rest of the staff were amazing, making our stay in the Hummingbird room feel very zen. Tranquilseas was the epitome of relaxation, intimacy, and exceptional service. The setting, right on the ocean with a peaceful snorkeling spot and a cool pool, was magnificent. The restaurant surpassed all others in town, offering amazing breakfast options and hassle-free dives. Vegetarian choices were abundant, allowing us to indulge in healthy yet tasty meals. The small-group diving experience with Iron and Alex was phenomenal. Staying further away from the busy West End proved to be the right choice, providing peace and tranquility. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this peaceful and joyful retreat to fellow divers. It was absolutely great, with the Hummingbird room offering an awesome view, wonderful proximity to the ocean, an incredible restaurant, and a fantastic diving shop. The owners, restaurant staff, and cleaning team were attentive, considerate, and provided delightful food. Special thanks to the diving shop, where Iron and Alex made our experience unforgettable.

The breakfasts were very good and the portion sizes were surprisingly large, which allowed us to share a meal for lunch. the room we stayed in had a great view and a comfortable bed. the bathroom and shower were also great, and there was a lovely tub in the corner of the room. the snorkeling tour we went on with the diving boat was the best day of our vacation. We saw lots of interesting things, including a turtle and an Eagle Ray.

We observed some non, eco, friendly practices in the resort, which was disappointing for an eco, friendly establishment. the swimming pool allowed local people to bring their big dogs and loud HiFi, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere.

I stayed at Tranquilseas for a week on a diving vacation and it was paradise! The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. The Hummingbird room was very zen and the food at the restaurant was yummy. The beach deck was lovely and the short swim to the reef was amazing. We will definitely be back!

My recent stay at this eco, friendly lodge and dive center was absolutely amazing. the location was perfect, nestled away from the crowded areas but still easily accessible to key attractions. the views were breathtaking, with stunning scenery and plenty of activities to enjoy. the staff really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay.

There were a few downsides to my experience. there were some unexpected added fees during check, out that were not clearly communicated beforehand.

As a budget traveller, I appreciated the value for money at Tranquilseas. The daily housekeeping, hot showers, and strong AC were great. The included breakfast with generous portions and a variety of options was a highlight. The 15% discount for a future stay was tempting. The intimate resort had a fantastic restaurant, a diving shop, and steps away from the ocean.
