Showers were a tad underwhelming, check-in spot was a treasure hunt. Beds were cozy but felt a bit past their prime.

For my recent solo trip, I stayed at 101 Guesthouse. the location was superb, with easy access to the airport bus station and downtown area. the room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing great tips for exploring the city. the shared facilities were well-maintained, and the kitchen was a bonus for preparing meals.

The location was great, right next to a bus stop and within easy walking distance of Reykjavik's main sights. the rooms were nice and warm, perfect for winter, with comfortable single beds and free linens and towels provided. the breakfast, served in the hotel across the street, was okay, offering cereal, sliced meats.

All was satisfactory, with no major issues to note.
