The breakfast at this country-style hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious foods including herrings, lamb pâté, and blackcurrant jam. The rooms had a cozy and rustic feel with wooden decor and incredibly comfortable mattresses. The staff, especially the Polish girl at reception, were welcoming and extremely helpful. The location was also great, being only 6 kms away from Höfn, the langoustine capital of Iceland. Although the bathrooms could have been more modern, they were clean and well-maintained.

The view of the nearby mountains from my wooden cabin-style room was breathtaking. The breakfast spread was delicious, including fresh local produce from the hotel's own garden. The family-run restaurant's lobster dish was a standout. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

I stayed at Arnanes Country for one night during my trip to Høfn. The hotel offered the cheapest private room option in the area. The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of delicious food. The rooms were well-appointed and had beautiful views. The location was ideal and we had a great night's stay. The property was stunning, sitting on a gorgeous farm with horses and mountains to view. The owners, including the owner's fiancé, were amazing and took us out to the fields to pet horses. It was an amazing memory that I'll cherish forever.

The beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast included in the stay was very good and varied, with many options to choose from, including homemade food and local products.
