We had a lovely stay at a guesthouse in a stunning green plateau. the location was breathtaking, and we were able to reach it without a 4x4 vehicle. the staff was incredibly welcoming and offered us tea and coffee. the house itself was cozy, and we felt at home. We also appreciated the availability of two kitchens and a large shower with complimentary soap.

I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse! The old farm conversion gave it a unique and authentic atmosphere, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel had two kitchens, one small and one bigger, which was very convenient. The location was beautiful, situated in a stunning valley with mountains and a river. The staff, especially Halla, were incredibly helpful and friendly. the best aspects of this hotel were the cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

I had a fantastic experience at the hidden Fossardalur Guesthouse in East Iceland. It is set in a real Icelandic house with beautiful surroundings and stunning waterfalls nearby. the campsite is clean and well-maintained with good facilities, including well-equipped kitchens and plenty of toilets and showers. the hostess, who grew up on the farm, was incredibly friendly and shared fascinating stories about the area and sheep farming. I even had the chance to buy some knitted sweaters at a great price. it was a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay.

During my stay at this accommodation, I found it extremely convenient for our location that day. The fact that we had a space to eat and prepare food was a great bonus. The room itself was immaculate, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the availability of free tea and coffee in the kitchenettes was a nice touch.

Who needs multiple showers and clean bathrooms anyway? Just share one shower with the campers and deal with the noise from the common area.

We had a great stay at Fossardalur Guesthouse. the friendly hostess checked us in quickly and we found our room to be comfortable with three single beds. the shared bathroom was a bit old and rusted, but it served its purpose. the location was perfect for exploring the golden circle and the black church, and we even got to see beautiful Icelandic horses right next to the hotel. the hostel itself was clean and had two kitchens.

All was perfect, no complaints. 😊
