I always return here. Staff kindly guided me initially. Perfect for me with Free Wi-Fi, AC, Children's play area, Parking. Coming again for Christmas. Laundry, Flat-screen TV, Electric kettle, Shuttle service. No pets allowed, Non-smoking rooms, Children's menu are great amenities for me.

This hotel is located right at the banks of the backwaters, on a small island in Alleppey. It's a cozy and beautiful place that offers a unique experience. the staff here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. They offer various tours and assistance with any requests you might have. the food options are great, especially the breakfast which is fresh and delicious. the rooms have lovely views of the backwaters, perfect for watching boats go by. the pool is a nice touch, especially during the hot weather. the atmosphere here is serene and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway spot.

One area that could be improved is their communication before arrival. It would be helpful if they were more responsive to emails or messages.

The property was quite lush, surrounded by green trees, and had a nice patio with hammocks. the boat ride to get to the hotel was a unique experience and added to the fun. Lastly, the price was reasonable, making it an affordable option.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. the sheets and carpets were old and musty.

I had a wonderful time staying at Bamboo Lagoon Backwater Front Resort. The remote access via a short boat journey added to the uniqueness of the experience. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even offering a late-night ride back to the resort for an important meeting. The food was authentic and reasonably priced, and the views of the backwaters were breathtaking. I highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Lovely island oasis, accessed by rowing boat. Comfortable rooms with balconies overlooking garden and canal. Clean swimming pool. Excellent complimentary breakfast and delicious dinners available. Efficient and helpful staff. Will definitely return.

During my christmas stay, I loved the peaceful ambiance and beautiful surroundings. Being able to take a short boat ride across the river and explore the heart of the backwaters was a unique experience. the garden and surrounding area of the accommodation were also positively lovely, creating a serene atmosphere.

the bedrooms were serviceable but not perfect. They showed signs of wear and tear in some areas, and the shower did not provide hot water consistently, only reaching a lukewarm temperature.
