The spacious and clean room at Sterling was a delight. The air-conditioning provided a comfortable environment, especially during the hot months in Kerala. We couldn't get enough of the stunning pool, perfect for pool lovers. The convenient location made it easy to explore the main street and visit attractions like the tiger reserve and traditional dance/martial arts center. The staff were always attentive and helpful, ensuring our needs were met.

One drawback I experienced was the poor service from the tour organiser. Our driver, although skilled, couldn't speak English, which was frustrating since we had paid for a tour.
