the staff at the front counter went above and beyond to make us comfortable, even offering to put us in a mattress on the floor when we were exhausted. the room had a wide and comfy bed, a separate hot water heater in the bathroom, and a balcony. the location was also great, right at the market but still peaceful at night. We appreciated the helpfulness of the reception, with their perfect English and assistance with language barriers.

The two complementary drinks offered at check-in were a nice touch. the hotel was located in a convenient area near many tourist attractions. One of the best aspects of my stay was the rooftop view of the city.

We stayed at a hotel tucked away in a nice residential area, close to almost all great eateries of that area. The location was very convenient, as it was right next to Moolchand metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, with enough space for our luggage. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and accommodating, assisting us with any inquiries or requests we had. They even allowed us to leave our bags after checking out and helped us with ordering food late at night.

We did encounter some issues with the check-in process, as it took longer than expected due to delays in getting the room ready.
