The rooms were well-maintained with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Battery backup ensured no power outage issues. the hotel's close proximity to the airport allowed for a quick 15-minute journey. Easy access to cabs was a bonus, making transportation hassle-free.

Check-in process was inefficient, with issues of incorrect room allocations and lack of cleanliness in some areas. In-room amenities like TV channels and toiletries were lacking or not functioning properly.

I always return to this place. the staff helped me find a good exchange rate. It has everything I need: Free parking, 24-hour reception, Spa, Flat-screen TV. Perfect for me. Coming back for Xmas! .

Upon arrival at our booked room, we discovered the air conditioning and Wi-Fi were not functioning. Despite multiple requests, the issues were not resolved, leading to an uncomfortable stay. However, the bed was comfortable. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

The staff at Fly Inn is exceptionally courteous and the Manager, Mr Mahesh, deserves special mention. the location near the Airport Terminal is convenient for travelers in transit.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the room was clean, quiet, and provided the privacy I needed. improvements can be made in terms of communication and managing guests' expectations regarding facilities and services.

The location is just 5 mins away from the airport, making it convenient for travelers. the staffs were helpful and accommodating, with the manager going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the food from the nearby restaurant was delicious, adding to the overall experience. the relaxation facilities like the spa & wellness center and sauna were a great way to unwind, while the nearby landmarks such as Shree Nakoda Avati 108 Jain Temple and Goravanahalli Maha Lakshmi Temple provided unique cultural experiences and opportunities for family bonding.

Breakfast was served cold, supposedly prompt. On arrival, there were no matching visuals. the owner shifted us to another hotel due to alleged renovations, without communication. No soap, bath towels, or consistent hot water. A mishandled billing process and unprofessional service. the receptionist was napping on the floor. Internet service conveniently switched off for Gandhi Jayanti. No telephone in the room. Registration required my initiative. A chaotic and tiresome stay.
