I had an amazing stay at this hotel! They really excel in customer service and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. the room was cozy, the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. the restaurant staff even surprised us with a cake and flowers on Women's Day, which was a lovely touch. Special shoutout to Karthik at the reception and Ranjeet from the restaurant for their hospitality.

One thing that could be improved is the transparency and accuracy in quoting prices for additional services like car hire. It would be better if there were no surprises in the final bill.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs, from the warm welcome at the check-in counter to the attentive service throughout our stay. The spacious rooms were beautifully cleaned and had a touch of classic charm with antique furniture and wooden floors. The breakfast spread at the Orchid restaurant was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options in a spacious and inviting seating area.

Our only disappointment was the lack of swimming costumes available at the hotel, as we were unable to enjoy the pool area on the terrace. However, this small inconvenience did not overshadow the overall comfort and quality of this hotel.

The parking could have been more convenient, as there were no elevators and we had to walk all the way from the basement to the ground floor. we would have appreciated some complimentary drinks on arrival.
