The hotel's decor was charming and welcoming, especially the verandah corridor where I could sit and enjoy the view of the Ganges. the general areas were spacious and easily accessible for senior people like myself, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere to unwind.

Just wish the children working there could assist senior guests with luggage more promptly.

my recent stay in haridwar exceeded expectations at leisure hotels. the pristine pool, attentive staff, and divine rooftop terrace were highlights. everything from breakfast to evening meals was impeccable, with friendly service and entertainment that added to the experience.

The positive experience at this hotel was truly amazing! the staff, including Manager Pankaj, Raveena for the warm welcome, and Vipin for the fantastic food service, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Lucky was very warm and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast, not included in the package, was a delightful surprise with an excellent choice of food and good value. the various spread of dishes in the restaurant was fantastic, making each meal a delightful experience.

They were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the location of the hotel right next to the Ganga river was perfect, offering a breathtaking view. the rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities. the restaurant had a great atmosphere, delicious food, and a lovely view. the live music added to the overall charm of the place. We also appreciated the assistance we received from Mr Krishna, who was very helpful throughout our stay. Leisure Hotels delivered an exceptional experience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely fabulous, right on the riverside. I could sit on the lovely glazed balcony and watch the busy scene outside. The staff were very courteous and the rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities I needed. Plus, the breakfast served was delicious, with limited options but everything was fresh and tasty.

All in all, I have no complaints about my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located on a Ganga bridge, offering stunning views of the river. Guests can easily access the main attractions and taxis can park just across the bridge. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great housekeeping service. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service. The hotel also offers additional services like escorted tours to local events, adding to the overall experience.

The reception staff, however, can be a bit noisy and inconsiderate towards guests who need to sleep.

Absolutely loved our romantic escape to this hotel. the location was just perfect for us, we had a fantastic view of the river from our room and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight with delicious food and live music. the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special. the complimentary arrangement to take us to the nearby attractions was a great bonus too.

The noise from the nearby area which disturbed our sleep in the morning. However, overall, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from our wonderful experience at this hotel.
