the location in a quiet and safe residential area was perfect. the dorm was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfy with nice sheets. the bathrooms were of European standards, which was a pleasant surprise. the team at the hostel was extremely friendly and helpful, providing great tips and assistance. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. I can confidently say that Locul. Uptown is the best hostel I came across during my journey around South India.

The location of this hostel is awesome, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a safe neighborhood. The staff is super nice and incredibly helpful. The toilets and rooms were always clean, which was a relief. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, as it changed every day and there was plenty of space in the room and common area. The community of guests and staff was something you don't see often anymore, really adding to the overall experience. The option to pay by credit card without any extra fees was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable and the AC and ceiling fan kept the room just right. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and a good shower area. The lounge areas, both indoor and outdoor, were a great place to relax. The hostel also offered a good internet connection, and the staff, including Abeek, were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The entertainment options and daily activities were a nice touch. The whole hostel was kept clean and tidy at all times. The guard was lovely and accommodating when I arrived early in the morning. it was a great place with a lovely staff!

I was just there for a night, but I was completely excited to see such a lovely property. Nicely done-up rooms and interiors in common areas. Loved the Bangalore theme. The owners are really good people and ensure every guest feels comfortable. Strategically located close to the airport, bus stop, and railway station. The staff was friendly and helpful, even mailing me my forgotten driver's license. The hostel offers comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a great outdoor lounge area. The breakfast options were delicious and varied. above-standard fare for most hotels in India.

The location of the hostel was perfect for exploring the city. It was in a safe and beautiful area, which made me feel at ease during my stay. The hostel also had a nice work station, which was great for me as I needed to get some work done while I was there. the staff was incredibly generous and helpful. They were always there to assist with any questions or concerns that I had.

That the room I booked was not as expected. The pictures online were deceiving, and I ended up sharing the space with other guests instead of having my own private room.

We had an amazing stay at this hostel! As a solo female traveler, I was initially concerned about staying alone, but I opted for a private room and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. the location is beautiful and safe, with a vibrant and youthful energy. It's the perfect combination of having your own space while also being able to socialize with friendly and fun people. I must mention the incredible hosts, Vamsi and Ashwin. Vamsi was one of the nicest and most welcoming people I have ever met. He knows the area inside out and offers fantastic tours. Don't miss out on them! it was a stay that I won't regret and I can't wait to visit again.
