Despite the presence of dignitaries, he didn't take himself too seriously and brought a sense of fun to the dining experience. I even recall a time when a dignitary from Mauritius was staying at the hotel, adding to the excitement. The security lady outside was also very friendly and made us feel safe as she worked the walk-through machine and conveyor belt. the personal touch and professionalism of the staff made dining at Taj Nadesar Palace a truly enjoyable experience.
