Staying at this luxurious hotel was an unforgettable experience. the exclusive amenities provided, such as the tranquil Spa and Wellness Centre, left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the Swimming Pool was pristine and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. the Full Body Massage was exceptional and left me feeling pampered. the Restaurant provided delicious meals with Special Diet Menus, catering to my needs perfectly.

The only issue I experienced was with the Wi-Fi, which I initially had difficulty connecting to. the staff was responsive and did their best to resolve the issue quickly.

Conveniently located with well-maintained facilities. Hassle-free check-in process, sumptuous breakfast spread, and nice swimming pool. Room was well-appointed with appropriate features and regular water bottle replenishment. Perfect for value-for-money staycations and accessible for business meetings at Sector V. A recommended place for a satisfying hotel experience.

The 24/7 Square Restaurant staff were exceptional in accommodating our needs on a long stay. The delicious food prepared by Chefs Benjamin and Gaurav left us satisfied. we had a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kolkata and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with a shopping mall nearby and being close to the new business district. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The service at the restaurant was top-notch, with polite staff and a delicious breakfast spread. I also enjoyed the view from my room, which overlooked the adjacent buildings. Additionally, the hotel had facilities like a spa, gym, and swimming pool on the lower floors. I would highly recommend staying in this area for a pleasant and convenient stay.

One minor downside was the size of the beds, which could have been larger for a more comfortable sleep.

We had a great stay at Novotel! the hotel's location was perfect, and we really enjoyed the amenities like the lobby, swimming pool, and restaurants. the staff, especially Shubam at the poolside and entertainer Sam, were incredibly nice and caring. the housekeeping staff, particularly Mr Raju, went above and beyond by leaving flowers in our room. the 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and made our stay comfortable. the food, including the breakfast buffet, was delicious, and we appreciated the prompt room service and 24X7 food service.

The overall experience was far from calming and tranquil.

Had a wonderful Easter weekend at this hotel! the complimentary Easter eggs and hot cross buns were a sweet surprise. the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to many attractions. the rooftop pool was a highlight, with a great view and plenty of seating available.

There were a few drawbacks. the room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.
