We traveled to this magnificent property with stunning views of Lake Pichola. The hotel staff, especially Taniya, greeted us warmly and showed great interest in making our stay memorable. Comfort and luxury filled every corner, from our rooms with semi-private pools to the breathtaking peacock-themed candle room. The food options were lavish, and the in-room dining service was excellent. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property, including the swimming pools, were impeccable. We were picked up by boat for the final part of our journey to this amazing hotel. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views of the lake and City Palace. We stayed in a room with a semi-private pool and it was just perfect. The management and staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even accommodated my husband's request to watch England play in the Six Nations. We were there during the Festival of Holi and had so much fun joining in the colorful celebrations. I highly recommend this fantastic hotel for its stunning location, attentive staff, and incredible experience.

The hotel had beautiful and tastefully decorated suites. the cuisine offered was varied and delicious. the location of the hotel was also a highlight, with easy access to the airport and a motorboat ride across the lake to the city palace.

Some amenities in the bathroom were not functional, such as the plug not fitting the provided hairdryer. the fresh flowers in the room were not replaced or removed, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel itself is a stunning blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture, set on a beautiful 32-acre property. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, and the peacocks roaming the lawns added a touch of magic. The breakfast spread was lavish, and the Eggs Benedict and Smoked Salmon were outstanding. The Surya Mahal restaurant offered a terrific international menu, with the Gosht Hussaini and Nalli Korma being my favorites. the experience was truly memorable and I highly recommend this hotel.
