There was nothing I didn't like.

The bathroom in my room at Pp Residency was clean and well-maintained. The shower had good water pressure, making for a refreshing bathing experience. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and functionality of the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is near to Kovalam beach. This allows easy access to explore the tourist attractions nearby. There are also many nearby restaurants where you can enjoy a variety of food options. The area around the hotel feels safe and secure.

They were unresponsive and did not address the recurring issues with TV channels and WiFi connectivity.

The lack of WiFi or very weak signal made it difficult to use our electronic devices, hindering our ability to plan our days. the staff could have been more accommodating in resolving these issues.
