During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the great location of the hotel, with a short walk to Assi Ghat and some fantastic restaurants nearby. the friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the room, while basic, had excellent modern air conditioning and hot water, which was a great relief in the chilly weather. the reasonable price of the room made it a good value for money.

I found some aspects of the hotel to be less than satisfactory. the staff seemed a bit less professional, as I had to call the reception multiple times to get things done.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to some nice restaurants, allowing us to easily explore the local dining scene. The air-conditioning in the room was modern and efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the summer heat. We also appreciated the hot water availability in the bathroom, making our showers enjoyable after a long day of sightseeing.

The staff lacked professionalism, resulting in delays and multiple calls to get things done.
