The Radisson Blu Hotel Guwahati's excellent location right on the highway made it convenient for exploring local landmarks like Maa Kamakhya Mandir and Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary. the relaxing spa and wellness center, along with the outdoor swimming pool and beautiful garden area, added to our family bonding experience.

stayed at radisson blu and it was a fantastic experience. rooms were clean and comfy with easy-to-use gadgets. breakfast spread was diverse, and staff were prompt and attentive. the hotel's location made it a quick 20-minute trip to the airport.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, well-trained, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. However, improvements can be made in terms of room maintenance and accuracy in billing to enhance the overall guest experience.

Additionally, the hotel is close to the railway track, making it easily accessible for guests arriving by train.

The front desk staff could be more accommodating and understanding towards guest privileges.

Spent my New Year vacation at this hotel and it was an overall decent stay. the room was adequately clean and had all the necessary amenities. the breakfast and lunch were good and complimentary toiletries were provided. the hotel's location was advantageous for exploring nearby places and had a great view from certain rooms. One of the best aspects was having an ATM inside the hotel which was quite convenient.

The dinner buffet was unsatisfactory and the travel desk assistance that was promised to me was never offered. On the first night, the absence of a room heater made it difficult to fall asleep.
