The hotel had a great vibe with a beautifully restored heritage feel and amazing food, and the team's hospitality was top-notch, making our stay super memorable. 🌟 We indulged in a relaxing massage at the spa and enjoyed some downtime in the sun terrace, which added a nice touch to our visit. 🌿 Despite a minor hiccup with the room's fridge not working and a delay in setting up the fireplace, it didn't dampen our overall fantastic experience.

The service here was exceptional, with a friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping staff kept my room immaculate. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities like car hire, laundry service, and even a doctor on call. The staff, especially the general manager and guest relations manager, were extremely helpful and made sure all of my inquiries were addressed. the customer service was outstanding and made my stay truly memorable.

Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. the gardens were well-maintained and had many cozy sitting areas to relax and enjoy the cool weather. the location was very convenient, being close to both the bus station and the railway station. the bonfire in the evening was a fun and festive touch. the room provided us with both a fireplace and a room heater, which kept us nice and warm. a great place to spend the holidays.

Sadly, the hotel did not quite live up to our expectations. While the room was comfortable, it lacked some of the finishes you would expect from a higher-end hotel.
