During our stay at Summit Oakden Resort & Spa- Centre In The Mall Road, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and the delicious food. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. We also had the opportunity to attend the hotel manager's birthday party, which made our stay even more memorable. it was a great experience.

While the Wi-Fi was weak, we understand that this is a common issue in Darjeeling. Additionally, the bathroom was a bit small for two people, although the rest of the room was spacious.

Loved the location, right in the heart of town and close to all the attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. the breakfast spread was great with a variety of options to choose from. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The Wi-Fi was weak and inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected. the bathroom was a bit small for two people and lacked proper amenities.
