The decoration in the hotel is absolutely delightful, with beautiful gardens and cozy sitting areas. It was easy for my old joints to get around, and the staff always helped me find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the views.

we are a family of four from uk, children 12 & 8. we felt extremely welcome from the moment we arrived at leisure hotels. our duplex room was spacious, clean, great beds, more than enough room for the whole family. the location of the hotel is excellent. close to jim corbett and on the bank of the kosi river. the grounds are full of mango trees and all well maintained. the swimming pool area is great. the restaurant is excellent, with so much tasty food options. overall, a fantastic place for us to spend a couple of nights.

The staff is incredibly helpful, cooperative, and very polite. They go above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. the restaurant and bar areas offer a wide variety of options, and the quality of the food is excellent. the breathtaking views of the Kosi River and Sitabani along with soothing flute music in the background create a truly serene atmosphere. the lush green surroundings make the location perfect for a relaxing getaway. the huge pool area, including a smaller pool for kids, is a great way to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.

One area that could be improved at this hotel is the need for room renovations. Updating the rooms would enhance the overall experience for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is simply breathtaking, situated on the banks of the river surrounded by lush greenery. It was very easy to access the river from the resort, which added to the overall beauty of the place. The staff made us feel right at home with their warm and friendly attitude. They were always available to help us with any queries we had and made our stay truly memorable. The food served here was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the high tea and the live music that added to the relaxing ambiance of the place. we couldn't have asked for a better service and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We booked a duplex unit for our family, but we found that there was only one bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient for all of us. However, this minor inconvenience does not take away from the overall experience we had at this hotel.

Our family had a blast at HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT next to the tranquil river. the evening high tea on the riverside deck was a delightful experience, making our family stay truly memorable.

The superior room on the 1st floor has amazing garden views. Staff was helpful in arranging jungle safari and attending to all requests. The food was splendid with a variety to choose from.

Celebrated New Year’s Eve at a great hotel with stunning decor and amazing food. the location, in the heart of nature, offered beautiful views of the surrounding area, with easy access to nearby attractions. staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help out no matter what we needed.

The room we were in seemed a bit too small considering the price we paid, and the Wi-Fi connectivity in our room was poor. the hot water in the bathroom was unpredictable, making for an uncomfortable morning shower.
