The resort is a cozy place with excellent staff and an in-house restaurant offering buffet breakfast, which is a big plus. the location is convenient, with Patnem Beach just a short walk away and Palolem Beach nearby but less crowded. the only downside was a slight issue with bed bugs in the room, but it didn't ruin our overall positive experience. 🌴.

I discovered a new roommate - bedbugs. They are now probably chilling at my place. Highly recommended for those seeking unique traveling companions.

Our 2-bedroom apartment was clean and spacious with complimentary breakfast. some guests left dirty plates attracting cockroaches, and there were reports of bedbugs in the rooms. Despite these issues, the freshly made breakfast and the serene location near the beach were definite highlights. a good experience with room for improvement in cleanliness and pest control.

I'm a huge fan of local markets and exploring hidden gems nearby. My highlight was the treetop watchtower—talk about a prime wildlife-watching spot! Room was spotless and spacious, but let's just say the balcony view was the perfect morning pick-me-up. Plus, I hit the golf course like a pro. Definitely felt like a slice of home, with a touch of adventure.

Gourmet pizzas at the in-house restaurant were a culinary dream! 🏖️ Close to Patnem Beach & Palolem Beach for epic seaside eats. 🧼 Clema & team were super attentive, setting up a fab Dolphin ride.

Bit of a cockroach scene due to guests leaving dirty plates. Had to ask for room cleaning, but staff were quick to assist.

Had a fantastic weekend getaway! Loved how the hotel was situated near multiple beaches, making it easy to explore the area. Appreciated the value for money with great facilities, especially the nice swimming pool. the breakfast spread was truly a delight!

The 2 bedroom apartments could do with some renovations and maintenance, as they're quite old. we wished the staff were a bit more welcoming and interactive.

The hotel's location is ideal, just a quick walk to the beautiful beach on the Konkan railway line. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the well-kept, clean rooms are impressive. The breakfast options are diverse and include both western and eastern foods, with freshly made eggs available.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a poor breakfast selection and some communication issues, the overall experience at the resort was pleasant. The housekeeping was exceptional, with the apartment being spotless throughout my stay.
