stayed at a lovely property in kumarakom with a balcony overlooking lagoon views, impressed with the scenic sunset by lake vembanad and the delicious kerala cuisine. breakfast spread at lime tree was delightful, dosas were a highlight. ambil at maya spa offered a relaxing ayurvedic massage, rejuvenating experience. smooth assistance by honey during checkin and checkout was appreciated.

Despite the mishaps with the pool and front office, the buggy service was exceptional. Some water activities were overpriced, but overall, a memorable experience worth returning for.

we had a fabulous stay at Zuri Kumarakom Kerala Resort & Spa. from the spacious cottage rooms with bathtub to the outstanding buffet food and friendly staff, everything was top-notch. the breathtaking Vembanad lake view from our balcony and the scenic sunset made our experience truly memorable. the in-room dining options were delicious, especially the hyderabadi chicken biryani and karimeen fish fry. overall, a perfect retreat for all ages.

A memorable birthday celebration. The staff at Zuri Kumarakom Kerala Resort & Spa went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special. They surprised us with a beautiful cake and ensured that we felt well-cared for throughout our stay. The surroundings were clean, calm, and pristine, providing a tranquil atmosphere. The spa, managed by Dr. Sunil, was excellent, and the yoga sessions were well-done. The evening high tea provided a great opportunity to mingle with other guests.

The location of the resort is perfect, as it is situated on the beautiful lake side. The staff at the restaurant is extremely attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The Lime tree restaurant at Zuri is a must-visit for lunch, thanks to the positive recommendation on TripAdvisor. The rooms are comfortable and provide a stunning view of the lagoon. The spa offers excellent massages, and the breakfast served at the restaurant is delicious.

Other aspects of the resort could be improved upon, such as the worn-out fixtures and furniture in the rooms.

The kids loved the playground, and we enjoyed the poolside bar. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly memorable.

Our city break at this hotel was enjoyable. the hotel was well-maintained and spacious. the staff was polite and attentive. We liked the beautiful views of the lagoon from our room window, and had a relaxing time sitting by the pool. It was very easy to get around the city from the hotel and to plan day trips.

We wished there was more variety in the food offered. the restaurant was always busy and the staff seemed rushed.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were beyond our expectations. From the pristine outdoor swimming pool to the relaxing sauna and spa lounge, we felt truly pampered during our stay. the live entertainment each night was an added bonus, and the breakfast each morning offered a great variety of delicious options.

While the service overall was fantastic, the room service was a bit slow and we had to call to have our plates taken away. It was a minor inconvenience, especially considering all the positive aspects of this hotel.
