taj malabar made our stay memorable with comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a delightful evening boat ride. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the live music in the bar was enchanting. we loved the location by the sea, away from the city.

Wifi renewal every 24 hours was annoying.

I absolutely loved my stay at Taj Malabar Resort & Spa in Kochi! The resort had a great range of facilities and activities, perfect for someone like me who loves being in direct touch with nature. The gardens were beautifully maintained, offering a tranquil and serene atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and sunset boat ride, which provided a fantastic introduction to the surrounding area. The position of the hotel at the end of Willingdon Island offered breathtaking views of Fort Kochi, Mattancherry, Vypeen, and Ernakulam. The convenient ferry service and readily available taxis and Tuk Tuks made exploring these places a breeze. The backwater trip organized by the travel desk was a highlight and provided an excellent opportunity to immerse myself in nature.

I felt very well taken care of during my stay and have absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful location and serene environment of the Taj Malabar Resort & Spa. The backwaters and beautiful views of the sea and shipyard made for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

The hotel had a beautiful pool and spa, with stunning views of the surroundings. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel was located in a lovely locality, with old houses, lots of trees, and a port area nearby, which made for pleasant walks.

That the hotel's food was quite expensive, more like the prices you would find in London rather than in India. the hotel's location on Willingdon Island meant there was nothing within walking distance, requiring a taxi or ferry to access other places to eat or explore.

I stayed at the Taj Malabar Resort & Spa in Kochi for 3 nights and had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt the Tajness with a warm welcome and attentive service. Despite being fully occupied and hosting two weddings, the staff and supervisors managed everything flawlessly. The restaurants had a fantastic spread of delicious food and the rooms had a charming heritage character with splendid harbour views. The housekeeping was top-notch and the car hire service for sightseeing was perfect. a 10 out of 10 for outstanding hospitality standards.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, with spacious and beautiful rooms, along with top-notch service from friendly staff. The location near the Backwaters and ferry ports was perfect for exploring.

A truly rejuvenating stay with excellent staff who went the extra mile to make me comfortable. The view and scenery were breathtaking. The complimentary sunset cruise and pool were lovely. One thing to note is that the location is a bit isolated and there are limited dining options on the island. I would definitely recommend Taj Malabar Resort & Spa for a peaceful getaway.

Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to experience some of the best factors of the hotel. the complementary breakfast was quite impressive with a wide range of food items. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to the shopping areas. the evening stroll with the magnificent view of the sunset by the sea was stunning.

Some of the hotel amenities were below my expectations. the room service was not up to the mark.

Great location by the water with a complimentary boat trip and lovely dinner setting. Excellent service, especially in the restaurants, business center, and concierge. High attention to detail, accommodating staff who gave discounts and were always smiling. Property very well taken care of with traditional entertainment and attentive staff. Complimentary tea & coffee session with a boat ride along the bank.

The hotel's location on an island at the mouth of the entrance to the harbour provided amazing views of the Arabian Sea and backwaters. The ‘ Rice Boat' Restaurant was a little expensive but served delicious food. The rooms had excellent air conditioning, large size, and were well maintained by the staff. The buffet breakfast was top-notch, offering both Indian and English options. Staff were attentive and provided small details like towels on sunbeds and complimentary nibbles and boat rides.

The hotel lacked kids activities and the activity room was not in good shape.

We had an amazing stay at this smallish hotel with a personal touch. the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our 30th wedding anniversary celebration truly special. the sea view from our room was worth every penny, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. the property itself is located in a stunning old building, with beautiful grounds and classic colonial decor. the rooms in the tower offer breathtaking views, as the hotel is situated at the point of an island surrounded by water. the complimentary sunset cruise was a lovely addition. Check-in was seamless, and our room, although slightly dated, was immaculately clean. the daily treats of chamomile tea and fresh fruit were a delightful touch. Breakfast was fresh and varied, providing a great start to our day. We also enjoyed a superb dinner at the hotel's restaurant, where the food and service were exceptional. the pool was a wonderful amenity, and we were well taken care of by the attentive staff, especially Sabair, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the hotel bar's 2-for-1 cocktails in the evening were delicious, and the local ferry provided a fun way to explore Fort Kochi. the Taj Malabar Resort & Spa, Cochin. felt like a well-cared-for home, and we would definitely return if we visit Kerala again.

This hotel fulfilled my luxurious needs with the exceptional service provided by the staff. the spa and the massage services were top, notch and rejuvenating. the garden area and sun loungers were a perfect relaxation spot. the outdoor swimming pool was breathtaking, and I enjoyed my time there.

The location of the hotel is a bit secluded, and it takes a while to get to the city center. I faced minor delays in service during peak hours of the day.
