The rooms at Vivanta Bengaluru, Whitefield felt cozy and welcoming. As a trekker, I appreciated the comfortable bed and the view from the room after a long day of exploring. the staff were friendly and made me feel at home.

Excellent staff and delicious Indian cuisine

The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional staff who provided top-notch service and delicious Indian dishes at the hotel. the courteous and attentive team made my experience truly memorable. the maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with fixtures coming off the walls and stains on the furniture.

Just stayed at a hotel near PSN Whitefield. LOVED the staff, super friendly and attentive. Upgraded suite was great, better than photos. Would go back for sure!

we stayed at vivanta bengaluru, whitefield and had a wonderful experience. the staff was extremely courteous and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. the buffet offered a great selection of delicious food, and we particularly enjoyed the spa facilities. the unique landscaping with artificial grass added an interesting touch to our experience, creating a relaxing ambiance.

I love staying here! the first time, the staff suggested a fantastic local taxi. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, outdoor pool, spa services. Can't wait to return for my holiday.

The staff was friendly and hospitable. the location was also convenient and accessible to different places. the food was delicious and met our expectations.

There were a few amenities that were not up to our expectations. We had to repeatedly ask for certain items and this was a bit inconvenient.

The unique and colorful glass design of the hotel sets it apart from typical TAJ hotels. The staff was exceptionally courteous and receptive to feedback. The JIVA Spa is a must-visit, offering a great experience. Another notable feature is the artificial grass landscaping, creating a fascinating transition from the 2nd-floor bar to the terrace.

As a frequent traveller, I have to say that this hotel was a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the spa & wellness centre was impeccable and the full body massage I received was fantastic. the beauty treatment I got was of the highest standard. the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax, with sun loungers on the sun terrace. the restaurant served exquisite cuisine and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind.

There was only one minor issue. During check, in, I did not receive any information on the package bought by my company that included some exclusive facilities, such as beauty treatments and in, room breakfast.
