We had a fantastic stay at Alila. The property's location was perfect, within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and cafes. The pools were great, and the service by the pool was excellent. The spa was fantastic, and the gym had great facilities, although it wasn't very big. What we loved the most were the gorgeous views overlooking the sea and beach on one side and the gardens on the other. The balconies opened up fully, allowing us to enjoy a constant sea breeze. The staff, especially Don the night manager and the day concierge, were incredibly helpful in organizing the rest of our trip to Bali and Gili Trawangan. We couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon experience. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The pool bar cocktails were a bit pricey for my taste but they were still delicious and well crafted. The SEASALT restaurant's portions were on the smaller side but the food was undeniably tasty. The location of the resort was absolutely perfect, right by the ocean and away from the crowded areas. The three pools, including an adults-only pool, were a great perk. The spa was top-notch and the checking in/out process was seamless. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both buffet and a la carte. everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel offered complimentary drinks upon our arrival and a small Easter basket in our room which was a nice touch. the location was great, as we were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. the infinity pool was also a highlight, providing a beautiful view of the surrounding area and ocean.

Our experience was dampened by a few factors. the noise from nearby clubs kept us up at night and made it difficult to sleep.

the outdoor swimming pool was the highlight of our stay with its breathtaking infinity pool and comfortable sun loungers. the spa and wellness centre provided a full body massage and beauty treatments that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The location of the hotel was not ideal as it was situated far from the beach, making it difficult to access without the aid of golf carts. the rooms were a bit noisy due to their proximity to a busy street.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and always on hand to help. The hotel had an amazing pool with a bar area. The breakfast options were outstanding - possibly the best we've ever had at a hotel.
