Our stay at Kokoon Hotel exceeded our expectations. The heritage building and its interior design were stunning, especially the ground floor with its collection of vintage items. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was delicious. We particularly enjoyed starting our day with a refreshing swim in the beautiful pool. Despite being a bit far from the main street and culinary district, there are options to order food online. we highly recommend this exceptional hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were helpful, polite, and even assisted with my work papers. The location is convenient, being in the heart of old town Surabaya. The hotel offers excellent facilities such as a swimming pool and a cozy bar.

The hotel offers a great value for money. the staff is friendly and professional. the breakfast is excellent, with plenty of varieties. the pool area is also very nice. the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions and it has easy access to transportation.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. Some room options may be smaller than expected, and some guests have had issues with the bed size.
