Comfortable stay during my Xmas at a hotel in Ballina. Friendly and helpful staff made the experience enjoyable. the on-site restaurant/bar had a good selection of food and showed sports on the TVs, perfect for catching a game.

While my room was clean, attention to detail in cleaning services was lacking, with a big stain on the carpet. Some areas like the bathroom felt worn, and the bed was not very comfortable.

This hotel is located in a gorgeous area, providing guests with a beautiful view. Additionally, it is close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The staff is very helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

One negative aspect is the dated feel of the hotel and the lack of a quiet lounge bar environment for guests to relax and chat.

As bike riders, we loved the spacious and comfortable bedrooms, perfect for resting after a long day of riding. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, ensuring that our needs were met. The swimming pool provided a great way to relax and unwind. it was an excellent place to stay for bike riders like us.

I was lucky enough to be slotted in last minute at Eidin Spa for some treatments. Sabrina, the lovely lady who attended to me, did wonders for my eyebrows and eyelashes. She also transformed my feet, making them look nice again. The prices were reasonable and the spa experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Eidin Spa for their mini miracles.
