We had a fantastic stay at Plantation Lodge! Kathleen, our host, was incredibly accommodating and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She was flexible with our arrival time and even cooked us a delicious breakfast that helped cure our hangovers. the beds were extremely comfortable and the owners were friendly and helpful. They even offered a drop-off and pick-up service to the nearby wedding venue. the location was convenient, with Cabra Castle just a short distance away. We highly recommend this establishment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

With lakes filled with more fish types than I have shoes, Plantation Lodge let me enjoy a shared lounge and kitchen. Free WiFi, a garden, and coffee upon arrival made me feel posh. I even braved outdoor fun like horse riding.

We were a big group of friends and we loved the warm and friendly reception from Kathleen. The house was large with beautiful views and ample parking. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy with comfortable beds. We particularly appreciated the high quality duvets and pillows. Kathleen went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even offering tea and snacks upon our arrival. The continental breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including toast, marmalades, cereals, yogurt. Kathleen's hospitality and attention to detail made our stay exceptional.

The hotel was conveniently located near Cabra Castle, making it easy to travel to and from the castle. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attached bathrooms that had strong showers. The service was welcoming and friendly, with a homely atmosphere. The breakfast offered a delicious full Irish breakfast, as well as a selection of cereals, yogurt, and herbal teas. The facilities provided the option to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee.

One small improvement could be to have better outdoor lighting to make it easier to find the property entrance at night.
