The rooms were well-appointed and very clean, with everything in working order. The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for self-catering. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city and nearby attractions. a new and pristine hotel with helpful staff and great amenities.

The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and the room amenities were fantastic. The air conditioning kept us cool during the hot weather, and we loved relaxing on the terrace with a coffee from the electric kettle. The flat-screen TV and snack bar were great touches.

Our room was not suitable for our needs as it was designed for individuals with accessibility issues. This made the bathroom uncomfortable and inconvenient for us.

I also enjoyed the friendly staff, who were quick to respond to any enquires via WhatsApp. the sofa bed was a great bonus, offering two separate sleeping areas.

The self check-in process was a bit confusing and time-consuming. It involved scanning a QR code and waiting away from the main reception area, while the busy staff tried to accommodate the check-ins at a single shared computer.
