Great stay! the hotel is located close to the markets and the city center, which was very convenient for me during my business trip. the front desk staff was excellent and they provided me with excellent service. the free parking space was also a great plus, as I was able to drive around the city without worrying about finding a parking spot. the breakfast was also great, with plenty of fresh fruit and delicious options.

The upstairs restaurant was a bit of a disappointment. the service was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in serving me, so I ended up leaving and going to the downstairs bar instead.

The hotel offers a variety of convenient services, such as 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and a coffee shop. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were also appreciated. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff ensured that our room was well-maintained and spotless. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the train station and the bus stations, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. Additionally, the hotel is situated between two streets, providing easy access to shops and restaurants.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the hall and exterior, could benefit from restoration to improve the overall appearance.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel that offers great value for money. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the Old City and the tram stop. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast. What really stood out was the amazing breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. the restaurant upstairs was also excellent, serving tasty food and offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. This hotel is a hidden gem that I highly recommend.

Wonderful location

I was delighted to check in early and be greeted by a friendly receptionist at Legacy Hotel. The suite was spacious and I was impressed by the huge complimentary bowl of beautifully displayed fruit. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was easy to use. I especially enjoyed the garden restaurant, which offered a good menu with delicious food at a very reasonable price. The breakfast had a great variety and stunning views of the city. The best part was the hotel's location, just a short walk to the Garden Tomb and Damascus Gate. Although I had to wait for the lift a couple of times, it was not a major inconvenience. Despite the building's somewhat rundown appearance from the outside, the inside was pleasant and well-maintained with lots of free toiletries. I would definitely choose to stay at Legacy Hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel.
