Friendly family-owned place with clean, modern design. Easy access from Fiumicino via FL1 and tram. 10-minute walk to lively Trastevere center. Good breakfast, helpful hosts. Vibrant neighborhood for nightlife. Great public transport connections to explore Rome.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. the value for money was excellent, with very reasonable prices for the quality of service and amenities provided. Secondly, the location was incredibly convenient, right at the bus stop for the number 8 bus that goes directly to the city center. It made exploring the city so much easier. Lastly, the rooms were just as they appeared in the photos, with a comfy bed and all the basic amenities you could need. It was a pleasant surprise to find that breakfast was included, which was served each morning.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, providing a great start to our day of exploring. I would highly recommend this B&B for a stay in Rome.

The breakfast was decent with a good selection of pastries and juices. Location was great, close to public transport and in the heart of the city. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay during xmas.

The room was small and uncomfortable, especially for the high price tag during the festive season. A mini-fridge was provided but did not work, which made storing drinks and snacks very challenging.
