The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is extraordinary, offering a variety of options such as bread, cheese, eggs, ham, cereals. Additionally, there is a Little Shop at the reception with snacks, drinks, and useful items.

The towering peaks and picturesque lakes, like Lake Carezza and Lake Braies, left us in awe. We also enjoyed visiting the medieval castles, such as the charming Castel Roncolo and the historic Castel Flavon. The ski slopes at Passo Oclini and Reinswald provided endless fun for the kids, and the Isarco Valley offered stunning views at every turn. South Tyrol truly exceeded our expectations with its natural beauty and rich history.

My children wanted a kids' play area at the hotel.
