We had a late arrival and the lady at the reception waited for us until we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean and the view of the local castle on the hills was stunning. The location was also convenient, being close to the city center, restaurants, and bars. The hotel had its own territory and free parking. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The location was great, just a few minutes drive from the outlets and there was a nice restaurant within walking distance. the room was also spacious and had cute decorations that would be perfect for families. the breakfast had a good variety of choices and I appreciated the personal touch of having it served by the owner.

The room was too cold and we had to ask for extra blankets. the person who greeted us in the morning wasn't very friendly and seemed unkempt, which left a bad impression.
