this hotel was everything we didn't expect. the location was beyond perfect, with shops and kids playing nearby. the room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and had a super comfy bed. breakfast in bed was a bonus. we'll definitely be back!

our recent stay in venice was amazing! locanda delle acque exceeded our expectations with the amazing view from the rooftop terrace, excellent location in the very center of venice, and the comfortable beds. the large penthouse provided ample space and good wifi, making our stay even better.

Value for money was excellent, spacious and clean room for 4 adults. The location was perfect, close to all major attractions. The terrace provided stunning views of the canals, exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The stay at the B&B was fantastic. the spacious and clean room comfortably accommodated four adults. Its great location allowed us to easily walk to all the main attractions. the terrace offered stunning views of the canals, just like the pictures showed. the breakfast provided was satisfying, and the wifi worked well for the most part. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Great position for exploring the city, with key attractions within walking distance. Clean rooms and good breakfast delivered to the room, a convenient and enjoyable way to start the day. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, making our stay pleasant and hassle-free.

Difficult to find, so make sure to follow the directions given. the lack of an elevator was also a drawback, especially for older guests or those with heavy luggage, making it a challenge to navigate the stairs to higher floors.

The guy in charge was friendly and multilingual, great location near Plaza San Marco, spacious and clean room, helpful with directions and extra amenities.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and quiet. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from St Marks Square, and the staff treated us very well, especially the manager who went above and beyond to return a stolen wallet to its owner.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was cozy and in a great area, making it easy to explore the town. The owner, Mr. Fernando, recommended an amazing restaurant with delicious food. we had a lovely time in Venice.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely and spacious room in a great location. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning provided us with much-needed comfort. the host was very helpful and even picked us up at the nearby pier upon our arrival.
