The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with spotlessly clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful decor to the comfortable furnishings. The location in the amazing Sala Parlamento was perfect, putting me in the center of the city and within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and the best shopping in the city. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with a great choice of food and good quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

Stayed at a hotel right in the heart of the city, just steps away from all the major attractions. Rooms were beautifully renovated with a classic Italian style and everything felt brand new. Loved the luxurious linen bedding and the special treats left on the pillow each evening. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes.

The hotel does not have a gym on-site, which could be disappointing for those who like to work out during their stay.

The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the best area in Florence and making it easy for us to explore the city. For couples, the romantic atmosphere in the room made it a truly special stay. Despite the busy weekend in the city, all our tickets and restaurant reservations were taken care of, sparing us any waiting time. The hotel's prime location in the heart of the old town allowed us to reach major sights within a 5-minute walk. The friendly staff, impressive breakfast, and stunning lobby and bar decoration added to the overall exceptional experience. We truly felt like special guests and will definitely be returning in the future.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to all the main attractions within minutes. the lobby had a cozy sitting area where we had the chance to meet and chat with other guests. We even made a friend who gave us her Red Card! Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They patiently answered all our questions and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The room we were upgraded to had only one small window, so it was quite dark. the view was not great, as it faced the back of some buildings with lots of laundry hanging out.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with luxurious rooms. Impressive shower and bathroom amenities. Generous and delicious buffet breakfast, with high-quality teas and coffees.
