The girl at reception recommended some must-visit places in the city, advised us to try the delicious pumpkin ravioli, and even showed us where to park our car. Their assistance truly enhanced our visit to Ferrara and we are grateful for their outstanding service.

The hotel is conveniently located near Lidel and Aldi, as well as a restaurant.

The hotel had wonderful rooms that were quiet and clean. the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. the service provided by the staff was good and the reception was quick and friendly. the hotel had a helpful multilingual staff, with one lady who spoke perfect German. the breakfast was good and the waiters were attentive. the hotel had a safe parking place and was conveniently located close to the city. In addition, there were several amenities nearby including a steakhouse, gas station, car cleaning station, and supermarket.

The decor of the rooms was found to be terrible and over the top, with heavy, ugly striped drapes and numerous unnecessary decorations. the view from the glass front door and window was not appealing, overlooking either the hall or a plastic covered walkway with constant foot traffic.

The special rate I got included free wireless internet and unlimited access to pay tv. The hotel even provided free bikes to reach the center.
