I had the most delightful stay at a charming hotel in the heart of a beautiful city. The hotel's location was absolutely fabulous, with easy access to shopping and fantastic restaurants in the nearby square. The room itself was immaculate and the furnishings were elegant and well-maintained. Despite the small bathroom, I found the room to be cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect, cooling the room quickly when needed. The breakfast served by the friendly staff was excellent, with a wide array of delicious choices. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, lovely rooms, and fantastic service.

I stayed at a lovely hotel in a prime location, close to all the main attractions. The staff at Botticelli were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for nearby restaurants, attractions, and even train schedules. They were also fluent in English, making communication easy. Our room was spacious and clean, equipped with all the essentials. The breakfast served was delicious, with freshly baked bread and croissants. The staff even packed us a lunch for our day trips to Tuscany. a wonderful experience at Botticelli.

We loved the prime location of the hotel, which was conveniently situated between the train station and the main attractions. It was a short walk to the Central Market, Medici Palace, and the Duomo. the proximity to these places made sightseeing effortless. Additionally, the hotel was surrounded by a plethora of leather ware stands, providing an opportunity for some shopping. the staff members were exceptional and provided top-notch service. From the friendly breakfast server to the attentive reception attendants, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the rooms were starting to show signs of wear and were in need of some maintenance.

This place is located right in the city center, close to the main attractions. It's so convenient to walk around and explore the vibrant streets of this bustling city. I especially loved the mornings when the vendors were bringing in their carts on the cobblestone streets to set up shop. It added a charming and authentic vibe to the surroundings.
