The staff paid great attention to detail and ensured that every guest felt cared for. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the romantic atmosphere and the much-needed air conditioning, made my stay truly comfortable. I also loved starting my day with a delicious breakfast served in the morning, which was included in the price.

The property boasted a pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. The staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. The location was quite convenient, just a short drive or bus ride away from Florence, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, with picturesque vistas of olive groves, Florence, and the Tuscan countryside.

Although the breakfast offered basic options, it could be improved by adding fresh bread, pastries, and made-to-order omelettes and pancakes. Additionally, I experienced some discomfort due to mosquito bites in the room, which could have been prevented with the addition of window mesh.

The Christmas decorations were nice and it was cool to have a special menu for dinner on Christmas eve. the view of the surrounding hills was relaxing and the location was great because it was near the town center and there were lots of shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and we liked the free parking.

The room was not very clean; we found dust and some hair on the bathroom floor.

Great location amidst olive gardens near Florence. Amazing view of Tuscany hills and Florence cupola. Luxurious and romantic venue with character-themed rooms. Enjoyed delicious food, pool, and friendly staff. Lovely converted convent with ample parking.
